Use a heat gun an a razor to remove the silicone
I would try a rubber wheel on that silicone.

What’s up SprayWay! I’m going to go look at a 1981 Caprice Landau with a small black 350 in it this Friday (05/26). He showed videos of it running already and I was just wondering if you could drop some gems of what to look for ans what would be reasonable. He is asking $3,500.00 and it is missing a rear bumber and the two door panels. How to check the floor & trunk pans? How can I fully check the frame to look for possible cracks or too much hidden rust. Thanks. It would make a dope video for us new to the Chevy game ppl too. Thanks
