Got a 65 Corvair that I'm fixing up to drive. Need one on brakes mine are shot even the lines are rotten.

Why not use the bolt instead of the rivet?
Very easy, junk that junk and get a real car
just use a drill stop dummy tape is a nono
Don't forget to find the links and hook up the choke pulloff diaphrams. 🙂
No spring clips of any kind to hold those rods into the carb linkage?? Looked like it could fall off the carb linkage??
