DIY easy front strut replacement Chevy HHR & most other vehicles – MacPherson change swap shocks

My method of replacing the front struts on my Chevy HHR. This is a simple DIY repair that can be conducted with simple tools.

WOW!! Just about every nut was over torqued and weakened from the extreme friction of that impact gun.

That was pretty swift. Recently I had to replace the drive axle on my altima. I was barely able to break the wheel nut loose with what I had. Lol, it tuned out that the “popping” noise was coming from the other side. The second side went on a lot better. Take care.
