This is great. I just saved about $200.00, doing it myself. Thanks.

Is super easy to do this job. I’ve done it twice was defective. Make sure
use thread lock blue. Prevent screws coming out cuz of the vibration of the
vehicle. I learned the hard way on the calipers. Lucky i am alive didn’t
jump on the freeway. Decided to drive on road next thing you know knocking
sound and the vehicle didn’t want to move forward. Cuz the caliper was
stuck in the stock rims. Imagine if i had had hop on the freeway it would
of been a disaster. So no matter what use thread lock. Specially on brakes.

Nicely demonstrated bruh.

What tools did you use and size? I have the same car and year and my
mechanic wants to charge me 800 for labor. He says because he would have to
remove the motor to get to the water pump. I’d rather do it myself and save
some money.

Found this just in time! Just as I was about to “git ‘er done”, I spied
your video, AND it’s a 2006 SAME AS MINE! WOW!
Most Importantly: YOUR Serpentine Belt Diagram is more correct than
“others’ posted by fellow youtubers…go figure, but it is a 2006
configuration for sure.
(The others have a misplaced P/S pulley).
Since another video suggested a torque of 96 inch-lbs (NOT foot-lbs) for
the pump bolts; I divided by 12 and decided upon 20 FOOT-Lbs torque….My
torque-wrench is only foot-lbs and 20 is as low as it would go, so…Good
Enough!
I also removed the front idler pulley AND the A/C Hose bracket to gain a
clearer view and access to the pump, pulley, and bolts…yeah it is tight
working in that narrow passageway and that helped a bit also.
I will be road-testing this later today…let ya know how it worked out.
THANK YOU for posting this.
