Update on that Lift, still doing good? No issues? Any repairs or maintenance?
Make for a great short video

Reegal Beer says:

… did you replace the bent shock?

Duesy8 says:

You are lucky you didn't have an accident. Slowly you will get the Caddy ready for the Hot Rod tour.

Jim Mcdonald says:

i agree with you randy. do away with the air ride go to stock

Nate Ludy says:

I am glad you got it kinda fixed. I would spend the couple hundred bucks and replace all the airlines and fittings. By the way what did you do with the bent up shock?

Yonda Spradley Music says:

That alt probably could be a size bigger. The air compressor draws a lot, should be at least 140 amp alt on there. I put 160 amps on my truck so at idle she’s putting out a cool 85-100 amps for the kinda stuff I get into. Good repair vid, I’m sure the air suspension will be fine as well as the charging system.

Ronwig says:

Randy they don’t make cars like that more, hang on to if possible, have a dream day

Brian Connell Sr. says:

Not saying this is your problem but, I had my transmission rebuilt in my 1979 corvette and when I got it back, my speedometer was leaking as well. I went back to the shop and they told me that transmissions are known for the problem. From the cable design, it wears out the round hole to a little egg shaped and there was nothing they could do about it. Just a problem I had, I hope it's not the same for you

Nick Anagnostou says:

Only way to check the airbag is with soapy water and when it has the weight of the car on it.

bk_goat Kim says:

That car seems to break all the time! Ready to see the 1940 one! ❤

I love the old school vehicle repair videos. Can't wait to see that other old school you want to buy. Last years power tour videos of the chevelle were awesome!

DJ BILLY E says:

will swap a playstation 2,10 games and $265 for it Randal

MJ MOHN says:

Randy, Could you invest in a head-mount camera? Having use of both hands is better than one. Something to ponder Sir. Cheers.

ManCave Hobbies says:

STUNNING CAR RANDY

Robert Clubs says:

Keep the white ghost.

Michael Coonce says:

There is a lot to be said for springs and shocks

smh says:

wheres the S Class video!?

Gerred Stallings says:

U learn something new every day when working on a old classic car have fun at cars and coffee good video

David Weinberg says:

Just go the Home Depot and get the proper air fitting? They make a 3/8" x 1/2" coupler to fit the lines without modification? Just make sure you put the reinforced ferrule in the large end, so it won't blowout? Good luck, Randy.

David Vianu says:

Sell that car and i would have checked lines 1st its most common air bag issue… that system was done cheaply they sell the right fittings to fit line

Bruce Sahroian says:

Randy!! Have you checked to see if there is a relay between the compressor and the battery feed? Thats a large draw and it's highly recommended to have a relay.

Jeff Goss says:

Love this old caddy! Glad it was just the air line! I’m thinking it will crack better with the new lines!

Bungey Cord says:

I think if you dont drive it fully extended it should be fine. Nice fix.
