I don’t know why these door handles suck! But they do. I’m glad you were
able to fix the rear handle on your Escalade.

ScottysDetailing says:

Vesta- it should be the same latch.

Thanks for the video, I just completed the driver side front and rear, I
have passenger front side to go.

Lamont Thompson says:

This is for the rear not front, as stated in the title. Great step by step
explanation.

Marco Plasencia says:

I got it thanks

I greatly appreciate the simplicity of this video. I ran through this today
on my 2008 Denali Xl. I would have been done in under an hour except the
after market part I ordered online was slightly different from the stock
part removed. I ended having to combine the spring lever from the broken to
the handle on the new and after about 2 hours was satisfied with the
result. Thank you Scotty!

Vesta Burns says:

I’m assuming this should be about the same instructions for an newer model
Escalade EXT??? I need to try this before my husband realizes I broke the
handle. lol.

E KP says:

Thank you for sharing this step by step instruction. It is clear, straight
forward and easy to follow. I followed this instruction to fix my 2008
Escalade EXT rear door handle and worked like a charm with no surprises.
Thanks again…
