Its sounds to me like a cadillac dont even have warning signals it just
shuts down without even a check engine light… Is there a way to override
that? Maybe pull a plug or sumthin so u can drive without those little
bullshit symptoms
has a relay that will not let car start if it is bad, location up under

My 2001 Deville just started this week. After sitting about 5 minutes it

I started having the same symptoms but my car would start after a few tries
for 3 weeks since it first started acting like this until lastnight. Car
didnt wanna start after taking out the key. I just ordered a starter online
advance auto. It already comes with a solenoid. I Hear people say you need
a solenoid and all that. Its attach to the starter together. Cost me 150
for labor. My car ready right now. Gotta go put it up before 5:30pm. Those
thing wear out. Mine was 13 years old before it went out. I got good use
out the old one. It just be time to change it..
I have the same problem. I change a lot of parts but i don’t know, if it’s
the starter.. Please help!!
Mine is a 2005 CTS-V so it has a 6 speed manual transmission. I tried to
have the car push started but it didn’t start. It did however start with
the key right after. I’m thinking maybe the starter has a bar spot in it
and was able to start once I forced the starter to move.

My DTS just started doing that i am so lost had it towed home now i am not
getting any light at all
Its almost 100% your starter.
I replaced my ignition cylinder and the security Module and I am still
experiencing the problem

i got a 00 deville it did that today dont know what it is.
it might be the starter is bad if you just tap it it might crank
