if u want to run a cluster out of a GS then ull need the complete dash
harness, im still looking for one cause i plan to change mt climate control
to the digtial. u can find one at ur local junk yard, u pull it yards
yes, everything works tach an speedo, but dealership told me that it
wouldnt be good to run it with out the proper brain or ecm, if ran with out
the proper one itll cause the car to be brain dead, but how often is the
dealership right lol
Well everything work just fine even the tach (RPM) just not the speedometer
(MPH).. Does that work for you.. If it does what do I need I have a 99
century
yea when i put it in to test everything worked like normal, expect the info
center below the tach, as i need a dash harness from a 99-00 regal, if u
need more help feel free to messege me
i kept hitting the trip button but if that dont work then ur resistors went
out an if u know how to solder u can fix them buy goin to radio shack an
buying the correct ones, makes sense to repalce all while ur at it
the mileage was way off, but did some searching an if u know how to solder
u can remove the mileage/shift indicator from ur original an transplant it
to the regal one, the mileage on the regal one is 133K mine has now over
185K so when i can get to it ill swap them over
everything on the regal cluster works even the tach, if ur refferring to
the driver info center below the tach then no cause for it to work ill need
the dash harness out of a 99 or 00 regal

Was the mileage the same on the new regal cluster from your old century
cluster?, what was the mileage on the car???
i put my cluster in and the miles dont show, what did you do to get yours
to show?

yea just find one from a 98-04 regal as the 97 model is actuall the 97.5
model an how its wired up will cause it to work differently
