veltboy314 says:

What fuel hose did you use. Could you give me the part # if you remember

cmoneyTHEhitmaker says:

DO YOU LIVE IN BAMA? SEEN THIS ON CRAIGSLIST.

TPV Productions says:

That’s a gangsta swap right there, keep up the awesome work GH4L!

4g63mark says:

I can relate. I gave up on my project LS as well. I just lost interest and
put the Ford 5.4 modular in instead. It makes a lot more power and has a
lot more potential since it’s a 4 cam 32 valve configuration. The long
block and 4L80E are on craigslist right now. It’s been several weeks since
I had any inquiries on it though. I guess these projects are dying out
fast..… I started losing interest when I saw just how common the spun
bearings problem really was.

Randall Wyatt says:

cool great info

Raymond Baker says:

I really wish I had the time and money for stuff like this maybe in a few
years who knows

Ghetto Wagon says:

You can use 94-6 Caprice Roadmaster electric fan plastic radiator upper
mount. And 93 fleetwood electric fans instead of what you have Cool way to
hack up the AC compressor bracket. I think Holley makes a LS bracket for
the R4 AC compressor now but its $$$

Alexis Burgos says:

Igotta do more resear h before istart my project any updates on the c10?

mx420kid says:

I woulda put a junk yard 472 or 500 Cadillac in there and spanked that 5.3
ass with a “square” engine. You ain’t messin with almost 600 ft pounds of
torque stock..5.3 seems like a a lot of work for bleh results.

celso guajardo villarreal says:

excelente auto bien conservado. el motor excelente .buen trabajo saludos.

godcarsmoney says:

Can you help me with the ac bracket? I want to use a R4 compressor on my
5.3. Help help

Tito Garcia says:

I like how you did the A/C bracket. I think Dirty Dingo makes one for that
compressor have you heard anything good about them or should i do what you
did??

Joshua Hanna says:

Where about in Texas are you?

Rick Ernst says:

pretty cool, but id rather see these cars left stock…i have a 94′ with the
lt1 it has 198.000 miles on it and it still will smoke the tires off.

c10andfirebird says:

do you have a part # on that fuel line or more info on it

Rick Malarky says:

Awesome job! The engine looks right at home in there. Great job fabricating
those brackets! too bad about the Tranny :(. It’l make a great cruiser for
someone though!

Mc da shiznit says:

How much he asking for the buick

FixItStupid says:

NICE FAB. JOB Thanks

EVERETT PITTMAN says:

Awesome swap. Thanks

bigmaine36 says:

I’d love to see you do a b body impala SS swap

Justin Bur says:

Should have put a 5.7 350 in instead of the 5.3 327

Eddy Murillo says:

Hey man I’ve noticed you’ve done a lot of these 5.3 swaps and you seem very
knowledgeable of what you do. I know you may be busy but I’m wondering if
you could help me out.. I drive a 96 C1500 and I’m currently in the process
of swapping the engine for a 5.3 now everything is in and bolted up ready
to fire. Except the darn electrical. The guy that sold me the engine, had
the ecm removed vats, removed speed limiter and what not. He also built the
harness into a 4 wire stand alone harness. Now my question is where exactly
on my truck do I connect the wires. The wires are the battery(figured that
one out), Ignition, starter, and fuel pump. I feel like a 2nd grader going
to college when it comes to electrical! Also when I took out my old engine
I removed the old harness and pcm will I need that to run my gauges and
everything else like lights and radio. Or am I set by using the new ecm?
I’m so lost when it comes to this… Thanks in advance for any help
provided. It’s truly appreciated!

RTdeluxe says:

thanks so much man! been waiting for the finished product. i got a ’92
roadmaster woody wagon that i wanna ls swap

Rnesty99 says:

which oil pan did you use on this swap? I did this swap on my 95 impala and
the truck oil pan is really low. Just wondering what other options are out
there.

gixxer750axld says:

dig your vids ! Which MAP sensor did you use on the car intake?

maldo72 says:

Nice budget build

jaq830 says:

Do you rework the wire harness yourself . Do you do it on the side if so
how much ?

batbat1156 says:

What’s up gear head when do you think you will get back to the turbo
camaro build? Looking forward to seeing what kind of power you get out of
it.
