I’ve seen other videos where the bolts need to be tightened to 17 ft.pounds, you don’t mention that, why?

can this job be achieved via a floor jack? As far as ground clearance.
The top caliper pin I don't need to to loosen it correct. I swivel the caliber up and the pin slides out correct. Thank you
