I'm getting ready to do this on my daughter's car, thanks for posting this video. Very helpful.

mst3kpimp says:

Thanks so much for this my neighbors lacerne window just magically fell open and would not go up. I got inside and saw the tangled cable. I used a cable hack to just make it stay closed permanently since it was free! https://youtu.be/uVDChA0afyo

THiEF_HD says:

Literally need all 4 done on my Lucerne, haven't done it because labor cost is absurd. Couldn't be happier to have come across this. Thank you for saving me a shit ton of money.

Kings ransom says:

Would this technique work on the rear as well???

andy boush says:

How about taking off driver side door panel. Is there just 1 screw there as well?

Nod Ivan says:

Very educational and you explained everything perfectly. Very calm voice, no rush. No fuss. Just got her done. Thank you.

Kyle Rebman says:

Super helpful, only two parts that held me up was releasing door handle latch (you have to press pretty firmly on the black plastic piece to free it up), and the power cable plastic release was pretty stiff on my car, needed a plastic pry tool to wedge it out. Tightened the screws that holds the glass as much as you can, is very important, just a fyi for anyone else.

CRYPKRAZEE says:

Great video , to the point

David Allen says:

Great video, Mother got too close to a mailbox and broke the base of the mirror on the passenger side. After watching your video I was able to pull just enough of the door to replace the mirror without going through what your going through. I got a chuckle when you were describing how one screw was it, for that door, those retention pins are pretty tough. Thanks for your work.

Broke an Broken Garage says:

KC says:

Hi c farmer. I have a lucerne 2011 cxl and the drivers side door handle broke at the hinge. The dealership is telling me that I need to replace the whole panel cause of the plastic welds???…help please. Thanks.

Teresa Gaskin says:

Thanks so much for your video. My window got stuck this weekend and I was determined to get it fixed ASAP. I searched for a helpful instructional and found yours. I told my husband to look at it because it was a fairly simple job. He looked at it and agreed. He had to drive an hour total for the part. He installed it and saved us around $300. Your video was very thorough and the video itself is extraordinary. We saw every detail. Thank you for making something we assumed would be a big job so simple.

Travis Otworth says:

Thank you so much for posting this! My regulator went bad as well as my window and labor was going to be almost $500. Your video helped save me a ton!

Michalle Crisco says:

Were there some funny metal interior clips? I am working in my rear door panel
