I’d still rather do this than ask her which restaurant she wants to go to.

@jminor355 says:

Coulda saved a lot of time torquing if you had just gotten the bolt stretcher out.

@zygi8984 says:

To be honest, second step is enough ;D

CANT BELIEVE THE 1L ECOBOOST CRANK BOLT 60NM + 5 X 90* THROUGH A 5:1 MULTIPLYER

@wasserschwein666 says:

as an volvo tech i came to say that have you ever heard of the 2.5tdi 5cyl crank bolt? i has a torque spec of 160Nm + 180 degree! It came in 1gen volvo v70 & s70, volkswagen transporter and audi 100 & a6. in a audi it is easy as the engine is longitudinal and the whole front end comes apart easily but in volvos and volkswagens it is a tranverse design let me say oh my god lol

@andre49ers says:

whats it even bolting to. wtf

@ncey8713 says:

I’ve tried to find how they do this in the factory before. I’d guess a torque multiplier mounted to the case

@miniaturemachinist6098 says:

What a stupid design.

@xK0-j3g says:

Why would bmw make an engine with that torque requirement, there had to be an easier solution.

@HarryOwen-l4n says:

You should’ve slapped it at the end and said that won’t go nowhere for extra security!
