So the 1st owner lost about $1 per mile in depreciation alone. That's $70 per hour on the freeway. And $3100 for an ac system that lasts 40k miles? WTF
BMWs are meant for wealthy people to purchase new and they are meant for wealthy people to own and maintain. This has been BMWs business model.
My boss tried to be a cheapskate and put regular octane (it requires premium) . The dealership had to change fuel filters and drain out the fuel tank.
My 2006 BMW M5 has 1 code adaptive headlights I fix the car myself have expensive scanner. Takes knowledge to fix these cars.
Bought a brand new 2015 model BMW 535i, used it for five years and sold it on CARVANA for $14000.00, with 60000 miles on it. I didn’t know Scotty then!

My 2005 2.5, Camry LE with 197k puts out very cold AC air. I can only run it for 2 to 3 minutes because the air is too cold!
