Patrick walker says:

Can't believe you haven't cleaned the rotor surfaces. The oil based preservative coating put there by the manufacturer to prevent corrosion and rusting in storage

8 minutes without skipping any details, this certainly give you some ideas of how long a decent garage would take to do them both sides and how much labour you should be charged.. for parts, just make it half of whatever Euro car parts charges (they always give you 50% off online, meaning even at half price they make money).. so adding the labour and parts together should give you a rough cost, HOWEVER, they will always charge you twice in the real world…

Riding Digital says:

8 minutes, 2 hours labour charged

hey my brakes are spongy after brake and rotor change. I removed some brake fluid from reservoir but never went below minimum. I drove it around the block twice it seemed to get better on second trip. Any ideas?

Simple yet precise tutorial.
Thank you.

Tony Malferrari says:

No need to open the brake fluid reservoir before using the presser?

I would definitely put some kind of brake grease on the "ears" of the brake pads to prevent squeal noises.

Rushan Chen says:

seems you forget to change the brake pad sensor
