Perfect drop!! Looks nice and sporty!

OEM BMW says:

FRONT STRUTS IN THIS VIDEO – SACHS: 311 406 & 311 405. (US Spec Sport Struts)

REAR SHOCKS SHOULD BE – SACHS: 311 410 (US Spec Sport Shock)

To my knowledge those SACHS #s will be the OEM replacements for BMW's US sport shock part numbers on the e90, e92, e93 and certain year e91s

BUT the Bilstein OE replacement for US spec sport susp. is the B4. the B4 Shocks and Struts all have different part numbers for each chassis (e90, e91, e92, e93)

TwoWheel Addiction says:

what are the exact wheel specs on the car? i'm looking for a dope set like that to fit mine ! got the lowering springs installed already thx to this video 🙂

KRISBEHALIDO says:

U definitely don’t need to remove the callipers and the strut aswell u can just remove the spring while it’s on the car , waste of time

Eric GuitarMan Watler says:

How is the ride and how is the ride over bumps and bumpy roads eibach pro kit with shocks suck!!! But Smooth roads it’s fantastic!!!

T Smith says:

This video is light and fun. Looks accurate so far, I'm thinking lowering my 335i.
You may have dealt with this in the video or comments since,
but for some of the things that are a bit stuck – consider Aerokroil, PB Blaster
or even sewing machine oil or 3 in 1 oil? A light touch applying it,
and wipe the smellier penetrating oils after, but immensely he'pful!

: Don’t break the connector

: i might break the connector

Javier Perez says:

Can I use the oem shocks as I just replaced them not that long ago but install lowered springs ?

K C says:

Wow an Ontario car and no rust on the suspension components? Must not be driven in the winter.

Danny Sisko says:

"They are very strong in Bavaria Peter" LOLOL

Lucky Hack says:

Tip : to thake the shockabsorber out 5:55 , mount the spring compressor upside down on the coil , tighten a couple of cm or inches and you wil never touch the paint and no need to push 😉 same principe to put it back in

Wan Heng Liu says:

Would of liked to see you guys share info on the condition of the old struts and all the rubber mounts and bump stops etc. Since most of us who would change out a set of suspension are suffering from a worn set and thus would appreciate the info to justify all the effort soon to be put in in replacement but what a comically video, funny as f', you guys are entertaining ! Keep them coming. All the best from Hong Kong.

Mohammed Alkohle says:

Hello I have a question
The is 35.25 ??????????

JerainJezza says:

You only need to remove one big nut holding the strut from the bottom at the rear…

JerainJezza says:

You don't need to remove the calipers…

Pale_Horseman335is says:

How long did it take for all 4?

Arturo Pascal says:

kidda74 says:

WD40 is your friend! Oh and a blow torch….

pinktacoetr says:

Great job i just did mine however I just loosened the control arm bolts a bit removed sensors from brackets and there was no need to remove the brakes plenty of room.

Sar Bachan says:

Is it possible to raise the car for mild off road use ?
I haven't seen any stuff for that.

UNR3AL says:

Literally looks like standard height possible higher. factory m-sport springs seem lower than that

pinktacoetr says:

Thx for the video I am going to tackle this soon but will be using Koni FSD struts with Eibach Pro springs on my 335i hopefully all goes well, looks like fun.

Steve says:

I saw the video of the E90 assembly plant, and there's 2 90 lb women putting them rear suspension on the cars. Did you eat your wheaties that morning? 😉 Rear suspension bolts… use your 1/2 in extended socket wrench, or you'll risk blowing out your o-ring!

Adam Zeller says:

I mean I know it’s a joke but why are they acting like they know torque specs

Simon McIntyre says:

Wow. Just wanted to say that I discovered your channel late 2019 and was super impressed with your production quality and on screen personas. You’ve come a long way since this video (which is still great don’t get me wrong). Congratulations on continuing to polish and improve your channel to such a professional standard.
