Today we fix our high mileage E93 M3 blower motor that makes a squeaking noise during cold weather startup. Lubricating the blower motor fan bearing helps eliminate the noisy heater fan issue and improves its reliabilty. Nice video Sal, I believe the whole blower motor assembly was part of BMW recall program along with Takata driver airbag and positive battery terminal. Good to lube it for that added peace of mind though…Cheers.
