Dont use anti seize it creates a insulator and prevents a good ground
no no no dont use anti sieze in bmw engines, the way the plugs are positioned the anti sieze WILL get into engine and that is BAD. Do NOT use in BMW engines!!

I have 147,000 miles on my BMW 3 series with E46 engine. I tried changing the spark plug with a small socket wrench and a 12 in extension and a 5/8th socket. BUT THE SPARK PLUGS seem to be stuck … What should I do to remove the spark plugs ?
Coils are not normally a maintenance item. Generally, you only replace them if they malfunction, i.e. if you develop a missfire that can’t be attributed to bad spark plugs.
when do you know if it’s time to replace your coils?
Whatever quality product is available in your area. I use Permatex.

“helpful” – It is a best practice to use anti-seize compound on spark plugs, especially when installing in an aluminum head.

I’m afraid we do not. However, I have favorited a video from cs221vids demonstrating a radiator change on a 7-series. Procedures for the 3-series are very similar.
do you have any videos of how to mount the radiator on a e46? 2002 325xi
