Is it common for the speedometer to go out when having the “trifecta” with an E39??
I have the trifecta. I notice you did not, but other video always warn about reprogram after swapping the ABS module. Is this true?
Is it worth just deleting the ABS?
E39 are really pos and the only good thing about the car is the way it handled on high speeds other wise get a Toyota for real

Sunday, September 26, 2021: where can we send the abs module for repair? Can someone, anyone PLEEEEAAAASSE give us a solid answer, geez'!!
I wasted money replacing all 4 wheel sensors (on my 2003 530i, 229K miles). This video is very encouraging, and I will proceed (I have a 1987 325e, 285K miles to putz around in). I have noticed that the Trifecta is DEFINITELY heat-related, so when I saw a guy say he was going to have it rebuilt "again", I'm thinking placing some sort of heat shield between it and the exhaust manifold. THANKS!

Can we just disconnect the module and use the car? My antilock brakes are engaging on tar when I even lightly use the brakes. I need this car bad and a little scary driving

I swamped mine in my 2003 for a used one and now it stays on even with the faulty one
Nice work. Did you disconnect the battery before removing/installing the ABS module? By the way, BBA-Reman is now shut down worldwide, so forget about sending anything to them. The USA one is a mile from my house. It's likely they've been busted for shady business practices, and lots of people will never see their parts again.

Hey question, if my abs light turned on, then the brake light and then the cluster gauges stopped in addition, is that an indication of the abs module failing too? Like with the abs module failure, will my rpm gauge, temperature gauge and odometer quit too? Or is that a different problem?
