The old disa valve driver has the hexagon edge worn out on one corner and
it makes noise when it engage.

I have no rattle noise, however when I removed my disa I noticed that
manually moving the flap don`t cause the internals to move. Would this kit
fix that or do I need a new unit ? Thank you for the video.

That is very common problem, it most likely the flap driver striped. To be
sure that is the caused, by pulling out the (white) flap driver. if it
striped this repair kit will fix your problem.
