Audi TT Front Strut Replacement DIY (2006-2015 Mk2 Audi TT, TTS, RS)

Audi TT Front Strut Replacement DIY (2006-2015 Mk2 Audi TT, TTS, RS)

►Replacing the front struts on your Mk2 Audi TT is a straightforward and cost-effective way to refresh your suspension. Your struts keep your front suspension composed as you drive over bumps and dips in the road, absorbing the sharp hits and smoothing out undulation. Like most suspension components, the shocks will wear out as mileage increases, leaving you with a numb and bouncy ride.

Replacing the shocks will restore a composed ride and allow you to upgrade your suspension. Koni and Bilstein offer improved dampers with firmer valving for shorter and stiffer springs. Pair them with a set of Eibach springs for a sportier, sharper ride.

In this video, FCP Euro’s Professional DIY’er, Mike Hidalgo, tackles an Audi TT Mk2 rear shock replacement.
