I was able to replace the PCV diaphram with Dorman part number 917-064. Cost $18.00 Pried out the old and snapped in the new diaphram. Easy and stopped the vacuum leak. 2011 Audi A5 60K miles.

To anyone, who still own or about to purchase this Audi with this 2.0tfsi engine. Please if under warranty, don't take the B.S from service centre if you believe it is consuming more then the tolerance of 0.5L/1000km have the PCV replaced and then proceed to have new piston rings. I was lucky they also replaced my timing chain tensioner & water pump. So I saved thousands in parts & labour. Don't take there crap!
