@2:48 what kind of bolts are those and what size ? My oem bolts for my K04 turbo came off and I need to replace them

Did you do any internal upgrades? rods, pistons, bearing? or anything to the tranny? i just bought a b5 and looking to make it a wee bit quicker. thanks.
Question, I'm running about 22-25psi. Does that forge splitter go higher than 18 clicks? If not can the 18 clicks handle the PSI? Or am I better off going with the new piston style DV? I have no problem staying on a DV but I wouldn't mind having the whoosh of a BOV so if this splitter gives me the best of both worlds I'll def invest in one. Do you get the same whoosh sounds while having it do both recirculating and blow off? Or just all blow off?
how did you pump up the boost ? the n75 valve is electronically regulating the turbo's wastegate via ecu?
So how hard was it to remove the old k03? Wish you would've actually showed the install….

I really regret buying mine with FWD. Oh well its served its purpose over the many years I've owned it.
have you heard of the madmax dv? basically a modified evo8 dv to fit the 1.8t
Did the same thing but with FK and a B6, fun project for sure! Your lift probably made the process much better, I just used jacks.
for all yall that want to install a turbo, don't forget that some turbos require what's called "clocking"…
im planning on putting a ko4 in my 1.8t passat, how well does that forge diverter valve work and what else did you guys need to do for the install?
I have a question when you change turbo you have to carry a dyno??? sorry for asking cuz I have a stock turbo and I need something different you know
