Dakota Duarte says:

Why don’t you turn it RWD or 4WD?

hindflight R says:

You could do a collaboration with someone like ETCG1, a hands on technician
with lots of practical experience.

waclosh says:

1999 and no drive-by-wire throttle?

Zarazzamatazz says:

Me and my 2 mates are wanting to do a project car, neither of us have any
real mechanical experience so what car would be good to mess around with?
Something not too complicated or expensive, and it’s gotta be Japanese and
have decent potential. It’s mainly to learn stuff so we will suck to begin
with :L cheers!

Kid Bass Master says:

DO A TURBO AND NITROUS OXIDE!!

Maylen Hernandez says:

Faster

Echo-GAMING says:

Make it a 10s car

Engineering Explained says:

Let’s transform the Integra! Suggest your ideas for ways to modify the
Integra. Let’s learn something. #projectintegra #itsback #woahfast

Eric Heuser says:

BLACK INTERCOOLER IS A MUST! none of that chrome bull.

CJinRealLife says:

Oregon! Dang I miss living up there! Nice catback exhaust video and gopro
footage I just watched that video, great work.

pablo nunez says:

are those grey hairs?

FourTwenny says:

I have heard that removing the intake silencer (maybe called baffle?) will
give a few extra horses. It makes sense to me, but i am no expert.

The New York Critic says:

You should trade in both cars for a Shelby GT 500. That’s the best advice
you’re gonna hear.

Bysteriant says:

Put a microwave in it?

Leon DeSilva says:

Dude dont get me wrong but how old are you? just wondering

Eric Stevens says:

strip everything down as far as you’re willing to go, interior and engine
out. do a moderate roll cage in the interior and one lightweight
seat/harness maybe two. I would tear the block down to the crank and there
is a few ways you could build this guy I honestly would build that ls for
boost, i see people having a lot of fun on a nice ls boost setup. wiseco
would be my choice of pistons and rods, do arp head studs, a factory crank
would suffice but thats up to you. I would do a stage 2 flywheel setup
which can be found on ebay from a reputable dealer for a decent price. and
also ditch that ls head and swap in a gsr head. There are plenty of
reputable turbo’s to choose from the obvious choices are greddy,
turbonetics or Precision turbo, do a 50 trim maybe, intercooled, push like
18-20lbs and enjoy. I would get myself one of those cool twisty exhaust
manifolds and wrap it in titanium weave wrap, delete the ac/ps just to
loose the weight in the bay, along that same lines i would relocate the
battery to the trunk. while you’re in there you might as well do some wire
tucking and get that bay as clean as possible, trust me if you dont you
will regret it. other than that tune on whatever you choose, probably
since you love being so technical, do a stand alone AEM ecu so you can do
your video about all air/fuel ratios and crazy details but tune tune tune
and make sure that thing runs smooth and it will be amazing, reliable fun.
Notice i didnt say oh get wheels, and spoiler and blah blah, if anything i
would get a carbon fiber hood and paint it to match the body. Engineering
Explained Teggy Sleeper all day baby!!!

keiichi san says:

i am glad to see that finally some one smart loves honda for what it is,
now 1st things is to go type-r all oem parts so k20a swap from dc5 🙂 after
oem type-r brake conversion 5 lug of dc2! interior oem from dc2 🙂 230 hp
from stock power plant its the best way to go.

eric ngo says:

Wow man stollen? I was going to get one of those but never mind

Byzantine says:

To start out with just Strip out the interior, remove all the heavy seats
carpets ect and replace the drivers seat with a light weight seat. Add a
Roll Cage or performance disks and callipers.

Jaafar Farhan says:

Put an LS1 or a coyote engine on that bad boy…

SeaRanger311 says:

Maybe a silly question. But where do you keep your two cars?

Tekky B Nerdy Nay says:

For the strut tower bar, I recommend the 94-00 integra type R strut tower
bar…

SupaDriftz says:

Maybe put on some camber and toe arms? Also performance air filter and
exhaust! Maybe get the ECU re-mapped?

BKofficer23 says:

You seem like such a warm person. I look forward to the car’s progressive
transformation.

J3n555 says:

Change the camshafts to more agressive ones. Make a 10-50mph run stock in
2nd gear, then do it after the install. Or maybe do like 3rd gear 20-80mph
and have that as a benchmark time for future use

HaloToday says:

What’s the budget? In the spirit of your channel I say we make this into a
track car that is still legal to drive on the road. I guess first things
first, go to a local track and see what kind of times it puts down while
it’s still mostly stock… would be nice to have a black and white
reference point

GREATNESS says:

change the steering wheel

True Immortality Gaming says:

MCM prooved that black intercoolers give increased power so if you take
your time and money to install a turbo be sure to change the colour of your
cooler.
And btw I love you videos

jmoyet says:

I see the throttle cable has a bit of slack on it.

But first is first of course before adding performance to it make sure its
in good shape, up to date on maintenance, etc. Worst thing I’ve seen people
do all the time is adding performance parts to a car that is currently
running poor to begin with. I’m sure your vehicle is up to date in
maintenance and running great. But just thought I’d say this mostly for
other viewers.

alex ruiz says:

Make it a a show car. Paint it. Change rims drop it a little bit more.
Upgrade performance to like around 500hp

Big Mike says:

You should try a few different cat back exhaust systems. Call it “The least
ricey integra exhaust” or something like that. XD I say that because I am
currently trying to find an exhaust that doesn’t sound much like a weed
wacker

Darkmatter28031 says:

You should put huge spinning chrome rims on it, LED aftermarket Daytime
Running lights, neon lights under the body, two 12″ subs in the trunk, and
paint it metallic purple.

Then roll through any local hood. You’ll get massive respect, yo.

Clemens M says:

Everything around Suspension and handling I dont Need to hear a for the
thousands Time ‘swap this Engine’ or ‘turbocharge it with this and that’ I
want to know what Males it corner better because thats what’s Fun in such a
light and nimble car

Trantdiggity says:

idk what your range is for this project, but i believe a good goal for a
track integra would be to eventually up grade power plants and drive trains
to the k20.

Shaquon Sobers-Smith says:

You should get a new exhaust system

Johan Bernate says:

you should do a s2000 swap

Vinicius Valfogo says:

Hello, I´m a new and happy owner of a Honda Civic Coupe 1993.
i live in Brazil, so somethings to buy I have some difficulty.
But I wanna know if do you have some ideias, something to improve the
performance, like news intake manifold, exhaust our air intake.
Tks, Vinicius

Ginger Hunt says:

I own a 1996 GSR. Dohc vtec.
Try to add exhaust. Intake . Performance chip . Better rims .

Andrew Cruz says:

Add some bigger rims and some camber

Thakur Singh says:

Did you go to NCSU!?

RS says:

everybodys is getting intake headers and exhaust. How much of a performance
boost does that really give

mrgbeecherify says:

When did you graduate from State? Go pack!
