Dodge said “yea fuck you and your oil changes” let’s close everything off. I genuinely believe everyone and I mean everyone should have knowledge to do maintenance on cars oil changes fluid refills tyres and brakes, but everyone gives their money away ti a mechanic
Bros putting a lot of faith in whatever is holding that truck up. I make it a point to keep my head outta the wheel well when working on a jacked up car. Stands or not, not the way I want to go out.
I mean all that work for what ? You can easily stick your both hands in and twist the filter with a 10$ oil filter plier … from above the engine. Place a bag over the filter and then open it … few drops will spill, but not much . I will make a video about it soon!!
U are wrong
I done the other way is better and easier
Turn the tire inward
Y’all are making this way harder than it is. You can easily get it without taking the tire off.
Should have bought a Chevy.
It’s even easier to leave the tire on and pop the 610 mm bolts that hold the inner fender out and just pull that out
If it’s made after 2009 it’s not a Dodge. It’s just RAM. The brands were split in 2009.
Do you not have jack and jack stands?
Watch them leggs , big guy thats a no no

As a person that does this for work, yeah, ram said screw you to any and everyone doing the oil changes on the later cummins
Don't have to take off the tire. Get a filter socket adapter go from the bottom. 6.7 oil changes are easier than y'all made it seem
Pure d*mn American Cars !!
This guy has no common sense

I have a 2003 Dodge ram 2500 diesel and I cut a oil flap out of wheel inner liner. I leave the wheel on just turn the wheel out works great.

It's not a dodge. It's a Ram. Ram is it's own company
