Easy way to remove the connector is to pull the panel clear of the door,
then rotate it 90° counter-clockwise, then you can see the tab to release
the cable. My guess those of you that can’t get the door open is the child
lock is on and the exterior handle is broken. And yes you can easily break
the handle if opening while unlocking…
how did you open the door ..??

open from the inside and the outside cant too so is there any way that you
