Another correction: Acura didn't make a 2021 MDX. Acura went from the 3rd Gen 14-20 MDX to the +22 4th Gen MDX and skipped the 2021 label. Acura just had a extra long model run of the 22 MDX that started in early 2021.
I have a 19 MDX Adv Sport Hybrid and it is the similar procedure for the 3.0L Port V-6 for the 12v battery exchange. My hybrid came with a lead acid 12v battery and I replaced it after +5 years of perfect service. I couldn't find a Lead Acid from Interstate and went with a similar Interstate AGM from Costco as a replacement.
This isn't for 2022's
