Backup LED Lights (DIY) Acura MDX Installed 2019

Backup LED Lights (DIY) Acura MDX Installed 2019

In this video I’m going to show you how to add a backup LED light to my 2018 Acura MDX.
I’m using parts that I bought on Amazon for this DIY.
You’ll need to be comfortable using tools like wire strippers and long nose pliers.
I’ll connect the wires to my existing backup lights. Then I’ll fish the wiring through my license plate frame.
There will be some wire splicing required, so you should watch this video if you’re not sure how to do that. I’ve even attached this to my 2018 Acura TLX, you can catch that part near the end of the video.

almost pulled the trigger one one of these but looks like not compatible with 2011 MDX. My license plate bolts are only 7" apart and this unit says it is 8.5" long

I'm making more DIY videos for you guys. What other repair videos would you like to see? Help me choose the next video – how to replace a laptop display or an iPhone screen.
