Good job, very good explained altough grey wire was actual low reference according to wiring diagram

If the trouble is other than the steering angle sensor then something is amiss mechanically.

Richard 1 says:

Too many trouble codes

Richard 1 says:

Steering angle sensor in an electrically operated steering rack could get expensive for that vehicle. Is the steering system electric?

Richard 1 says:

They are lazy Air/Fuel sensors. After time all O2 sensors get lazy. They do not switch or respond as fast as they near there end.

Richard 1 says:

Some vehicles are picky about the O2 data being correct?

Richard 1 says:

That Acura MDX is packed full of Modules and CAN wiring. They just do not make things easy anymore.

I always enjoy watching K Diagnostics. Well taught and much to learn from his videos. Thank you K. Working on a Tahoe right now with a "Hot Start" issue when the engine reaches temperature it is hard to start similar to a "Vapor Lock" issue. I already found in the data stream that the vehicle is not going into "Closed Loop" mode. 18 engine (PCM) codes and the 0300 w/O2 and cat codes as well. Too many too list. This guy has had this vehicle at a couple of shops already. I am sure this one will be a handful. I am sure with this many codes I need to check the grounds. Thank you again my friend. Take Care. Richard
