Remove overflow bottle, passenger side fan, serpentine belt and alternator. No need to mess with losing coolant and removing the radiator.
How did you get those two bolts off of the extra piece??? It’s a very shallow Allen center and half round/half 5.5mm hex bolt

Do I need to buy the kit or I can just buy the compressor alone?
Can you add oil after the install if you forget?
Is it necessary to jack up the car? If so, why?
Did same job, but only removed the fan on compressor side. Just be careful when pulling it out. Also unplug alternator plug.
