In this video I bring you along as I work on a customers F-250 that had a customer complaint of, “hard to steer and it makes a lot of noise.” Didn’t take long to see the front axle joints are locked up solid! It trashed one of the lock out hubs too. Oh and it needs some brakes. Come along as we make the rust fly.

I'm guessing with all those flies around that ain't mud.
I'm surprised that 1) you didn't wash the front end to remove the mud and crud before you brought the truck inside 2) you didn't use a penetrant on all the stubborn threads and on the yoke parts you were disassembling. I picked up a great tip about removing those stubborn bearing caps, though. Consider mounting a vise on that cart. Very good video. Big thanks!
Great video as usual. I've spent far too much of my life fixing Super Duty front ends. At least it wasn't HPFP seals on a 6.4L Powerstroke. I'd prefer slow, painful death to doing that job again. The Lever quote was Archimedes I'm pretty sure, but I wasn't around to hear him say it.
