Try replacing the voltage regulator (0:46).
You must connect the diagnostic program. In this way you erase a mistake in your car, because nothing is physically damaged.
Przylutowałem tam gdzie zauważyłem problemy. Naprawa właściwa, polegająca na przylutowaniu układów scalonych jest banalna i szybka (+/- godzina). Te liczniki naprawiałem 8 godzin, ponieważ wcześniej w dwóch warsztatach je “naprawiali”.
Do naprawy potrzebna jest dobra chemia, taka sama ja do reballing’u (topnik, cyna), oraz lutownica z dobrym grotem (np.: z falą stojącą, choć nie jest to konieczne) ,lub lutownica na gorące powietrze, lub na podczerwień (tu trzeba znaleźć w sieci dane układu!)…
I re-soldering the bad connections and replace voltage stabilizer (0:46).
the different points that you are highlighting throughout the video, is that where you are re-soldering the bad connections or are you replacing those pieces?

This is an awesome vid. Thank you for sharing. I just repaired my own DIM and still get SRS Airbag Service Urgent. When scanned it comes up as 00D4 SRS Indicator Lamp. Faulty Function. This message comes back as soon as I clear it. Any ideas where the problem is? Is it one of the LED’s? Please help I see other people with the same issue after they made this repair.

I mean, what did you do to fix it? Cause mine is not working too, the lights of the clock only and are very low, sometimes it works and it goes crazy. Now it is completely off, should I change it completely or must be some batteries inside like the one that are showed here?
I’ve had the same problem a T V repair man called Ray fix it cost me £45. Its a same you did not have any commentary on this, but it does go to show how to fix dry hard and cracking solder thanks any way.
