FCP Euro says:

You can check the wiring harness from the Drivers door leading into the body of the car. Disassemble the wiring loom until wires are exposed and try tugging on the wires to identify possible broken wires. Otherwise the switch is most likely defective. Hope that helps.

RiX Perez says:

I just bought a 04 S60 and the drivers side switch does not work. The Front Pass., and both back windows all move using their own switches. I bought a “used” switch and replaced the drivers side but still I got nothing. I have checked fuses also… all good there. Is there anything else I should check before I take apart the door?

Robert Schmidt says:

Thank you for the video, I just replaced the switch on mine and it took me literally a minute to do. This is a really easy fix for anyone with broken window switches or a sunroof that wont close/open due to a bad window switch. (in my case both)

FCP Euro says:

If the window doesn’t work at all, it’s not this switch. It’s likely a window regulator or something associated with that specific window. Give us a call at 1-877-634-0063 and we can help you out more with this.

So if one window doesnt work (say a back window). Does this mean you shold replace the whole unit? Or is there a trouble shoot method?
