Just because you can, doesn't mean you should unless you're a mechanic.
I got all the pieces for a 07 accord k24 timing chain job. That crank bolt haunts me. Cant pull the trigger yet.
Tighen up the uper end of the motor to blow the lower end out. Just service the whole engine.
