Yes the EGR does kinda suck, adds about 2 hours on the job. Most of the
850’s from ’93 through ’95 has EGR and some of the ’96 cars. Some people do
an EGR delete with tunes.
Hey robert. Is.there any way you can contact me? It’s in regards to my 850
turbo. I need someone with some kind of expertise with these cars who won’t
judge me due to my lack of knowledge

Oh awesome, Thank you for posting this video. I just got a 94 Volvo 850,
and i noticed smoke coming out this dipstick (per your PCV inspection
video). Now I just have to do this for myself…

Dammn, the older 850s are way harder to replace the PCV on. On my 97 the
fuel rail comes out super easy with no hassle and there is no egr I
believe.
Very very useful video. I just started buying parts for maintenance PCV. We
