Factory Car Stereo Repair says:

Call your local dealership with your VIN. See if your vehicle has an
amplifier. This could be a stereo or amplifier problem. There are usually
fuses under the hood too.

Give it a try!

Factory Car Stereo Repair says:

Try a call to the dealership with your VIN, see if you have an amplifier in
the vehicle. No amp, this could be a shorted speaker wire dragging the
audio down or a bad stereo. With amplifier, check for a shorted speaker,
blown fuse on the amplifier, could be a bad amplifier or stereo.

Thanks for the video. I just bought a volvo 850 4 door sedan. I need to
reset the radio, but buttons 4 and 5 are depressed and wont release. Do you
think I should replace the radio or attempt to recode the radio. Thank you.
