Radiator or intercooler replacement, installation, etc. Volvo 850, S70, V70, V70XC – REMIX

Radiator replacement: 2 to 4 hours. ($130 / $420 / $685)

Replaced the radiator on a Volvo S70 turbo. It will be the same for the early 850 and V70 turbo cars from 1994 through 1998. This car was missing the air guide under it, so if you have that or a splash pan, it will need to be removed. Very little difference with other white block Volvo cars.

I have a 2001 v70 xc, I need to replace the radiator. Do I need to take the AC radiator off or evac the AC system in the process? Also how long should this take?
