its kind of normal for these to have low compression after sitting for a longer time … mine took like 2 minutes of cranking to start after 8 months once and then slowly more and more cylinders kicked in when the oil started to seal around the pistons … probably the engine is fine
Wanted to tell ya to check the timing belt and the cams to be in correct place where they should be. The tensioner prone to lose up, and when the car parked on a hill, timing belt can jump over, and the compression goes with it.
Sometimes the piston rings can stuck, 1 cm³ of oil in each cylinder usually solve the problem.
