How to replace the power seat controller on a P2 Volvo, S60, V70, XC70, V70R, S80, etc. – VOTD

Power seat controller replacement: 30 to 60 minutes ($25 / $200 / $000)
PN: 8622857 (NLA through Volvo).
In this video I helped a friend replace the power seat control module in his 2001 Volvo XC70 P2 vehicle. This procedure should be the same for many of the P2 Volvo cars built between 1999 and 2004.
