that is a resistor for the decoder, actually, Volvo use the 55W H11 bumb (about 4.5A working current), the CEM module will check its current of for each low beam bulb, if reach 2.5A, will no alarm, the LED current about 2A for H11, so solution is: 1. add a resistor (about 20 OHM, 10W), it is easy, but the energy will use the resistor, waste energy; 2. modify the CEM module current detact resistor (need to disassamble car); 3. modify the running software (maybe only Volvo can).
