Yea on all volvo a you HAVE TO replace all parts with originals from the
volvo dealer otherwise the same problem will perspire or even get worse

Sorry Autumn I didn’t see this earlier. Yes, bought coil wrap from
AutoZone, just cut to size. Don’t make my original mistake: make sure you
use Volvo original parts! Let us know how you get on, good luck!

Yes, you are correct! This was my first attempt at such an endeavor & was
really trying to convey the solution more than anything as these symptoms
are not very logical to the problem. Trying to save others time/frustration
on troubleshooting & money on parts.
