GUYS IF YOU HAPPEN TO PLUG THE POSITIVE & NEGATIVE MALE FIXTURES IN THE WRONG SLOTS THE FUSES WILL BLOW, ITS GOING TO BE FUSE #18 FOR THE LEFT LOW BEAM AND FUSE #38 FOR THE RIGHT LOW BEAM, IT TOOK A BIT OF RESEARCH BUT I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT

So i traded in my mk6 golf for a 2012 CC… And I pulled the hid kit off before trading it in… Will it be compatible with the CC if I use it without the t-taps and adapters??? It looks like that’s the only difference between the kits…

Bending each of the metal clips a tiny bit so they could reach behind the screws and lock in was the trick for me.

Nice video. Helped a lot, but I just cannot get the the metal clip to lock in place. Is there something else I need to do other than try turning it clockwise?
