That's a serious flex, doing that work without damaging your nail polish. I lean hard on sticking my fingers into places and prying, scraping etc. I'd have to retrain.

14:11 The oil deflector plate is not on correctly. It’s that silver square with the louvres on. It needs to rotate 90 degrees clockwise from what you have there. The louvres should look like “CCC” if you are standing facing the front of the engine.

If this is on wrong then it won’t effectively stop the oil from spraying back up the oil fill spout when the engine is running.

Chirco Automotive to the rescue on the new parts!! you need to buy new push rod tubes. They're inexpensive and they will "recrush" down to the proper length when you retorque the head bolts
