I ordered a part to replace it with, but there are no splines cut into the wiper arm, is this normal?
Are the splines of the linkage supposed to cut into it as I install or should I have gotten a wiper arm with splines pre cut?

How do you remove the plastic cowl once the wipers have been removed?
Does it just snap off?
I need to remove it to access my sunroof drain tube ends.
