I’ve got a question for you all. I have a ford focus 2001. It has
independent suspension in the rear, but the camber is not adjustable. I
have to replace the springs because I have some camber issues caused by
uneven springs.

Here’s the question.

I have enough clearance to use some lowering springs, but I’m worried that
this will cause a symetric camber that will create issues on the inner side
of my tires.

the stock springs’ resting position should be about an inch higher than
these new lowering springs.

chico rivera says:

If you install lowering spring kit. You still have to buy some alignment
suspension kit? To reduce the negative effect of the spring.

Ben Dover says:

“Logan Cabi” youtube sucks and won’t let me reply to you. so if you’re
reading this coil overs are better because lowering your car on stock
shocks and aftermarket springs will usually wear the shocks out much faster
than stock. not to mention coil overs are adjustable so you can find the
perfect wheel/tire/height combo for your car

usf slm says:

JDMHMONGBOY96 says:

17’s don’t look good on small k cars, I prefer 15’s. Since they lowered the
car, they need wheels with less offset since the wheels will sink in more
since it’s lowered.

Jonathan Ricketts says:

i done it my car is retardedly bouncing and my back tires wear down within
like 4 months of new tires… i lowered them on lowering springs… any
