hey can you also listen to calls through the car stereo with this kit? Or does that only work via an AUX/Bluetooth connection

I installed your gta carkit in my 03 gli jetta with monsoon sound system less than a year ago. It worked great. Now it won’t connect to my ipod (or my wife’s) through the ipod cable. It only shows cd4 track 7 on the radio, and when i change tracks with the radio controls it says no cd. Nothing I do will get it to play off the ipod, I even disconnected the battery for a while and it is still stuck on CD4 track 7. BTW I don’t have a regular CD in the radio. Just not seeing the ipod anymore help!
I have a preinstalled wire from factory but only works with ipod and iphone3. Do you think I would have to do a new installation or could I do any little enhacement to adapt it for? Like change the plug or something like that?

we do not suggest to do that. Plus our kit comes with 4 keys included :).
Could I use only two keys (the ones that came with my jetta) at a time and avoid making plastic ones? Like two on the same side, wedge it out a bit and then use them on the other side?

you can get real keys at walmart and not have to use a screwdriver that could scratch the plastic
One great thing that I like about your video is that you guys don’t push people to buy those stupid dealer keys, they are a major rip off ($10/set of 2 — flimsy pieces of metal). Good alternative with the credit card keys!
