Fiat is not bad in motorhomes in Europe. At least not in the older one's. And Toyota Corollas are now being made with CVT transmissions, so their reputation might go down the drain pretty fast. It will now be exciting to own a Corolla too.
If you like Excitement, buy a Pontiac.
Toyotas are "boring" because everyone has one and they last forever. Italian cars are exciting because you never see them on the road. For a good reason…

Toyota's are boring because they handle like crap and don't look interesting even when they're new. This makes them similar to a Lada. Which is fine if they're very cheap (like Lada) but they aren't. I'm not saying I'd prefer an Italian car but would definitely prefer a middle ground so I wouldn't buy either. Personally would prefer a Ford, Mazda, Renault or even a VW to a Toyota.
Scotty, make a video about people who buy cars from Carmax. I have a good friend who works in a credit union. The first question he asks is who is the seller? If it’s Carmax he says no but then for shits and giggles he asks to see the invoice. Sale price is always a couple thousand more than the car is worth on the market. He tells them Carmax will finance it but no one else.
I’m from the uk and thinking of getting a 2008 Toyota auris 1.6, as a first car. Does anyone know if it’s reliable as other Toyotas? Is the diesel version any different? Thanks
