Looks good. I just had Yakima battery run Anderson connectors under grill for compressor. Electrical mods are above my skill set. Glad Toby is doing better!
Let me start out by saying that I am so happy for you and your family that Toby made it through that rough patch. I have two dogs as well and they are for sure a very integral part of our family. Life without them would be much different and much less enjoyable.
As for the electrical mode. I have been wanting to do this exact thing to my 2010 (2nd Gen) for a few years now. I have looked at different aftermarket distribution panel kits but every time I dive deeper into the manufacturers website none seem to be made for my year Tacoma. I was trying to stay away from purchasing one only to have to heavily modify it but I will probably have to go that route. Your video provided me with a lot of great information and idea's. Thank you so much for creating such great content. I for one am grateful for the time, effort, and creativity you put into generating subject matter like this. My best to you, your family and especially Toby. Be sure to give him a good scratch under the chin for me.
I hope your dog is doing better! I was trying to figure out what you meant by check markers down below, to see the rest of your auxiliary box install? BTW, I found out the hard way as I was installing my rear bumper lights awhileback.. if you look behind the rear drivers side tire, you can access that area to pull your wires through much easier than doing it underneath the truck. I did the same thing you did with a fishing wire. Ugh…
That cabling looks super clean. Nice work! Happy to see Toby is doing better, dogs are the best.
