Most pickup truck drivers rarely haul anything.
That's why people buy ♈.
women have ruined pickup trucks they want it to be luxurious and have lots of room in cab you can't get 8 foot bed pickup trucks in anything but a basic work truck with nothing on it.
Toyota also makes the bigger sized Tundra model.
They do make a 4 door and 6 foot bed. Not much payload capacity but its out there even on the new ones.

Carrying a full crew and a full load is important I can confirm.
With the SR5 you can get a 6ft bed with crew cab and 4 wheel drive.
Real full-size pickup truck beds are 8' long
I have a Tacoma crew cab and it annoys me too that they make it with such a small bed. You can get it with the bigger bed but it costs a lot. Why the hell don't they put flashing lights on the heat gauge so you are immediately aware of any over heating?

I don't understand. The EPA has these emissions laws where the footprint of the vehicle determines how severe the regulations are, and the bigger the footprint, the more lax they are. Wouldn't it make sense to make these as long as possible for the largest possible wheelbase, and therefore lightest restrictions?
On the same note, I'm surprised no one has decided to make a car with a large footprint to work through loopholes. Those old Caprice/Olds station wagons had massive footprints, and I feel they'd be even bigger today. I bet they also account weight and (lack of) aerodynamics in those regulations.

Toyota trucks aren't meant for men that work good trade jobs or Union jobs They are made for people who want a pickup truck but don't put anything in it
It's hard to find a 6.5 or 8 ft box in anything these days.
Scotty havnt u heard? People just use trucks for looks now days nobody works anymore and we have the stores deliver our junk to us and hire movers.
Wish I could use that as an excuse to not help haul stuff.
If it doesn't have 8 feetx4feet, it is not a truck.
