Thank you for the amazing video. I just got a new 98 4runner. The 4WD would engage (solid green light) but to disengage after pressing the button the green light stay solid nothing happens right away but later after driving awhile there would be a BIG bang (shakes the car) and it disengages. Any recommendation on what to test?
Do you know how to repair 4WD Hi blinking light in 2004 Tundra? The 4WD engages and disengages, it is when disengaging that it stays blinking. I appreciate any information and advice. Thanks and great video, too.

My Toyota’s front drive shaft still spins even tho I put in 2h. I’m guessing I’m stuck in 4h as it had a button, is it my transfer case ?
