Thank you so much for posting this series and sharing your knowledge! This was unbelievably helpful. I was in a pinch to get this fixed and couldn’t afford to pay someone to do it. I was able to do the whole job for about $30. So far everything is working as expected and I’ve had no problems.

Note to others who want to try this – If you have the money, pay someone like this guy to do it for you. It is not your typical maintenance job.

About a 5 hour job. There is a specific book time for it but I do not have that available.
