Thank you so much for posting this series and sharing your knowledge! This was unbelievably helpful. I was in a pinch to get this fixed and couldn’t afford to pay someone to do it. I was able to do the whole job for about $30. So far everything is working as expected and I’ve had no problems.
Note to others who want to try this – If you have the money, pay someone like this guy to do it for you. It is not your typical maintenance job.
about every 90,000 miles and yes we do. Just do not want an old water pump to leak or have a problem after 20,000 miles or whatever and have to go back in.
How often should a 2006 Sienna’s timing belt be replaced? Do you always replace the water pump at the same time?
About a 5 hour job. There is a specific book time for it but I do not have that available.
